Order Processing Time
All orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). For large OEM or customized orders, the lead time will be confirmed with you before payment.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard International Shipping: approx. 10–15 business days
- Express Shipping (UPS / DHL / FedEx): approx. 5–10 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local courier service. We will provide a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.

Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. If your address is in a remote area, additional surcharges may apply.

Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes and other customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the customs office or local courier.
