How to choose
- Diameter must match your laser head (25/28/32 mm).
 -
Type:
- Single Layer – common for oxygen cutting and general purpose.
 - Double Layer – improved gas stability; often used for nitrogen cutting and higher-quality edges.

 -
Aperture selection (typical guidance; adjust per machine, gas and height):
- 1.0–1.5 mm: thin sheets, nitrogen cutting, fine kerf and small spot.
 - 1.6–2.5 mm: medium thickness, oxygen or nitrogen depending on material.
 - 3.0–5.0 mm: thicker plates / higher gas flow requirements, typically oxygen cutting.

Variant matrix
| Diameter | Type | Aperture (mm) |

Installation & maintenance
- Power off and allow the head to cool. Clean the seat and threads.
 - Install the nozzle by hand first, then tighten gently; do not overtighten.
 - Adjust nozzle height and check beam/nozzle centering.
 - Inspect the protective window regularly; replace if contaminated.

Cleaning
- Use lint-free swabs and 99.9% IPA to clean the nozzle tip; avoid scratching the orifice.
 - Keep gas lines dry and oil-free to prevent spatter adhesion.

FAQ
Q1. Single vs. Double Layer?
Single is versatile and cost-effective. Double offers steadier gas flow and is preferred for high-quality nitrogen cutting.
Q2. Which aperture should I pick?
Use smaller apertures (1.0–1.5 mm) for thin sheets and fine edges, larger ones (≥2.5 mm) for thicker plates and higher gas flow. Always tune focus and height accordingly.
Q3. Are these compatible with all BO heads?
Most BO heads with the corresponding diameter will fit. Always confirm head size and thread standard before purchase.
