We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return

Return Procedure:
To start a return, please email sdchaselaser@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., wrong model or size), please contact us to arrange a replacement.
